Surprise, Surprise

Wouldn't you that Daddy received a phone call today with words from K? Her insecurities crack me up because it shows me how much stronger I am. I don't have to follow her blog and see what she says because guess what? I have him with me 24/7. He hasn't bothered to see you and just because I post about things that are said it doesn't give you permission to continue to use my blog as ammunition to start shit with Daddy. Get the fuck lost. Seriously, you are trying to grasp at every little thing he says to get him to stay with you when he doesn't want your sorry ass.If he did then he'd make more of an effort. You fucked up. You continue to do shit and we both knew he would never leave me for you. See, you live in Bowie. You have lived in Bowie forever. I lived in Fort Worth. He picked me up and moved me in with him. If he "loved" you then he would have waited on you but he didn't. All I have tried to do is make amends with you but you see me as the enemy because MY husband won't leave me. He wants me. In fact he said lastnight, "I'm with her because of the baby and you because I want us." His words. Therefore, back off. The only reason why he is keeping on with you is because we both know you'd stoop low enough to hurt Izzy if he left you. Come January once she is born, you are getting left. He may help you here and there but he is working towards our family. So please do us both a favor and get off my blog. I am not going to hide, post lies, or intentionally post to hurt you. I post on MY blog about MY life. So do us a favor, get a life and back off. All you are doing is adding more reason for him to leave your desperate ass.

In other more positive news, Daddy and I have been doing really well. Work today was long and I am happy to be home. Daddy waited for me to get home before he crashed out. He held me in his arms and I tried to sleep because I have an extremely early morning tomorrow but to no avail I ended up staying awake. Hopefully on Monday he will hear about Orientation. We will actually be able to hold hands and kiss while we are at Decatur. I am excited that Daddy and I will working at the same story and there will be a chance for us to have breaks and lunches together when I go in at the same time as him. We have been talking avidly about our future plans and Christmas. I will be able to start getting things for Ally, Ashton, and Izzy. I also have a special present in mind for Daddy as well. We will be celebrating Thanksgiving together at work. Daddy has guaranteed me that Ally and I will have him for the holidays this year. As long as I have faith in my husband we will continue to be stronger than ever. I trust that he knows what he is doing and that someday K will get off her high horse and a build a relationship for the sake of the kids. No matter who Daddy is with.

Turning The Page

Everything is finally moving in the right direction. Daddy got the job yesterday which means we are both working now. This is exciting because not only will Christmas be able to happen but now we can get serious about saving for our future.

Daddy said something to me today that couldn't be more true. No matter what he says or how many times he tells K it's over she won't believe it. She'll continue to act like normal and won't leave BUT if we keep working towards us and get on our feet it's none of her concern. I have tried to remain strong and after clearing the air the other night we have been stronger than ever. He held hands with me at the store and gave me a kiss before I went to do a little shopping with Ally. He hasn't minded me clinging to him when I get home from work and he isn't seeing K. With all three of us working, he won't be able to see her and she won't get him so it's a happy moment to know that much more distance will be placed.

Now we just need to save up to get a vehicle then it's onto a home for our family. <3

Better Night

I have let the past few days drive a wedge between Daddy and I. He ended things with K but she is continuing on her delusional antics. I have noticed that he isn't playing into it. I was told that she didn't want me to get anything for Izzy. I still plan to because it's a gift and something I wanted to do to help. I wanted to get her a few things that were a god send for me with Ally. I am letting it roll off because as long as I am married and working on my marriage, she is going to continue acting like a child towards to me. Since the day I gave her clothes that Ally didn't fit into any longer I have tried to make amends but she continues to act like a child. It's okay though because Daddy knows that I am trying to be the bigger person towards her. I got a lot off my chest last night and it has made today so much better. I am trusting him and leaving things alone. We had some fun twice today since Ally called it a night early and we rarely get alone time in our bedroom, I kept him company for most of the day, and my job even gave him a call for an interview. He said he may help K out here and there but this is OUR money for OUR future. I am so excited that actions continue to speak louder than words and I won't let my insecurities continue to try to dictate my future. We are both working now and we have a strong plan in mind. It's not a million dollar job but it's a start.

Simple Woman's Daybook

Today's weather is.... Cold.

The clock says.... 12:29 AM

I can hear... The washer and Ally watching Frozen.

I am reading.... Nothing.

The last book I finished.... A Brush Of Violet by Corinne Alexander.

Outside my window.... It's dark.

The last movie I saw..... Let's Be Cops.

I am thinking..... about the future, that woman, and what the future really holds.

In my cup.... Nothing.

In the kitchen... I am typing up this post.

I am creating.... A cute snowman cross stitch.

I am going... Nowhere, Im home for the night.

I am pondering... My health and what to do now with it.

I am hoping.... That medicaid will cover this sleep study.

I am looking forward to.... Thanksgiving and telling Ally about it and spending the day with Daddy.

What am I praying for.... Peace and calmness.

Around the house..... Majority is asleep and Ally is watching her movie.

I am learning... that I will never know the whole truth and rather than let it swallow me whole, just take it day by day.

One of my favorite things.. Being the only adult awake.

Steps towards simplicity.... Keeping better track about everything weight loss.

A peek into my day.... It's winding down as it is night time.

A few plans for rest of week.... Work, take care of Ally, eat, and sleep.

Something I would like to do this week..... Finish up my snowman.

 Favorite moment this week..... None.

Newest passion.... Renewed passion, cross stitch.

Source of inspiration.... Pinterest.

A picture worth sharing......

Inspiration & Unexpected News

We are finally in my season. While Fall starts in September in Texas it really doesn't feel like it until November. I am super excited because the changes around us has launched a deep need within to get back to simpler times. Mom has also helped me with this because I have seen her getting back to the simple joys and its inspired me. For now I have taken a hiatus from reading and fully involving myself back into my cross stitching. I have felt the need to cross stitch fall/winter projects and it's been soothing just to sit with Daddy and spend time cross stitch while he works on his game. Work has been going really well and I have really enjoyed it. I come home sore, tired and cranky but I am trying to get better about leaving it at work. Lastnight I came home upset and took it out on the family. I didn't mean to be so snappy but I've had this dull migraine that won't seem to be go way and it intensifies at the worst times. So it's been off and on achy today but I've tried to make the best of it. The washer took a shit, almost literally so mom and I ran out to do laundry. Since it takes forever we stopped at McDonalds for drinks then headed to Walmart to get some stuff. We had a blast together and it was nice to just get some time together after all the crap that has been going on. We just joked around, looked around, and got along for once.

In other news, my grandmother called today and I am not sure how I feel about it. I wrote her a letter explaining to her how I felt about what she said to me the night I chose to come home to Daddy. She called to tell me about her medical problems then to say sorry. It amazes me that she is sending a card to us even though I haven't been the best person. I am trying to learn how to stand up for myself because I have neglected to for far too long. I am trying to just take it day by day and see where this goes. I made it clear to her though that my family is not to have any notice about what I am doing. I also told her that I would call once in awhile and check on her. I am on edge but giving the benefit of the doubt at the moment.

Food For Thought

Mixed Feelings

Yesterday was something else and I am still trying to wrap my head around everything that happened. Daddy and K are done. Finished. No more. All he asked her to do was stay off my blog and she couldn't complete the simple task. He told her if he found out then he would end their relationship permanently. No more chances. She went snooping and then tried to go off on him because of things I have posted. I am not blind and of course I know what is sent to my husband. We have an open door policy as part our agreement to fix our marriage. My head is spinning because I have waited so long for this moment I have a hard time believing it's truly over. I went to bed early but still feel incredibly tired and not sure how today is going to go for me. K wanted to talk in person and Daddy tried to tell her it wouldn't do any good but she insisted anyways. They were taking a long time to talk and I was worried that he was consoling her and giving her another shot but this wasn't the case. He had to calm her down so she could drive home safely. When he came in he ate and told me to get things together for us to shower. I helped him cut his hair then we showered. After we showered we had some fun. Overall I am relieved but on edge because I have waited so long for this to be over and thought I still had awhile to go. I suppose we'll see where things end up in the future. As of now, I am going to keep my head and heart strong for Daddy and continue to do what I have been doing.
